Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

As Airtree’s Talent Lead, I have the privilege of partnering with our incredible portfolio to connect them with top talent, build scalable hiring processes, and develop playbooks that support sustainable growth. I began my career in talent in 2013, and quickly realised startups were where I belonged.
I’m at my best in front of a whiteboard, collaborating with passionate founders and hiring managers to solve talent challenges. For me, exceptional candidate experience isn’t just a priority, it’s a non-negotiable. I take a human-first approach to everything I do, ensuring hiring is both strategic and deeply people-centric.
Why tech and startups excite me
I have deep admiration for folks who start a tech company, navigating the toughest stages, from product development and finding product market fit to rallying others around their vision. The energy, passion, and resilience it takes to build and scale a startup are truly infectious. I thrive on tackling new challenges alongside founders, leveraging my experience to help them move fast, avoid common pitfalls, and build something extraordinary.
What I nerd out over
I'm especially drawn to companies making an impact in sustainability and health tech. As a true podcast fanatic, I’m always diving into topics like longevity, the gut-brain connection, exercise and naturopathy. Outside of work, I’m a new(ish) mum, embracing the incredible journey and challenges that come with it. So, it's no surprise I'm listening to podcasts about sleep, BLW (iykyk) and new milestones. I love putting my baby in his pram, popping in my AirPods and getting out in nature.
Advice I’d give to my younger self
Ask more questions. Early in my career, I believed credibility meant having all the answers. I spent too much time worrying that asking questions would make me look unprepared, especially in front of execs. When I shifted my mindset and started seeking insights from smart people rather than trying to know it all, something unlocked and everything became easier. I gained deeper understanding, built stronger relationships, made better decisions and became a stronger people leader.
