Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

As the Head of People & Culture, I’m driven by the belief that investing in people leads to better business outcomes. It’s a thrill to play a role in creating the team, experience and culture that enables the people of AirTree to do their greatest work from the beginning of their journey with us and beyond.
I found my way to Airtree by following a tangled thread of curiosity. Starting as a chemical engineer set the foundation for a problem-solving and design mindset that has stuck with me. I then completed a PhD in organisational behaviour and had a stint working in high-growth startups.
Why tech and startups excite me
I love seeing how so many founders are able to build cultures to help their teams thrive and create jobs with meaning, purpose and belonging while solving highly complex problems.
Behind the scenes of my role
My happy place is taking a systems-thinking approach to quickly synthesise complex ideas and challenges into new frameworks, products and experiences. I believe blending data and stories is key to capturing hearts and minds, and love taking people on organisational transformation journeys.
Where you’ll find me on the weekend
An evening picnic with my family on the grassy hill overlooking Freshwater Beach (probably Grill’d!), reading a book (probably from the library), savouring a cappuccino (probably with an extra shot), and working on my DJ skills (definitely terrible).
