Mr Yum is a mobile menu that customers order and pay from, designed specifically for hospitality and entertainment venues.
Mr Yum is the brainchild of Kim Teo, Kerry Osborn, Andrei Miulescu and Adrian Osman. Traditional, text-based menus hadn’t changed with the times, and they saw an opportunity to create a digital menu that would be much more visual, interesting and appealing.
“The right people contribute their talent and enthusiasm, keep engagement high and spur growth.”

I’m part of the Fund Finance team at Airtree, blending my background in private debt with the dynamic world of venture capital. Originally from Ireland, I made the leap to Sydney in 2024, swapping Guinness for flat whites and rain for sunshine. It’s been an incredible journey so far, both professionally and personally.
Why tech and startups excite me
My favourite part of working in the startup ecosystem is the detective work—uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and piecing together the bigger picture. I love approaching challenges with curiosity and precision, while supporting innovative ideas that can shape the future.
A motto I live by
“A rising tide lifts all boats.” I believe in the power of positivity and collaboration—when we support each other, everyone succeeds.
Here’s where you’ll find me on the weekend
When the weekend hits, I’m all about staying active. Whether it’s a competitive game of tennis or a round of golf with friends, I love a bit of friendly rivalry. Outside of sports, I enjoy exploring Sydney’s outdoors with my girlfriend—swimming at Coogee Beach, hiking, or simply soaking up the sunshine together.
