Introducing Explorer Cohort 8! These budding angel investors are ready to support you with capital and expertise.

Over the last four years, we’ve been on a mission to support the next generation of angel investors across Australia and New Zealand with access to education, networks and funds. Our goal has always been clear: to bring some much-needed diversity to the historically homogenous angel investment landscape.

This goal is rooted in our deep belief in the critical role angel investors play—they’re the lifeblood of the ecosystem, the canaries in the coal mine, and fundamental to the overall success of the startup ecosystem.

Eight weeks of impact

So, what’s on the cards for Cohort 8? Over the next eight weeks, they’ll hear from industry experts like Cheryl Mack, Maxine Minter, Rayn Ong, and the Airtree team about all things angel investing, including deal sourcing, due diligence, term sheets, syndicates and more. They’ll also get a sneak peek into Airtree’s investment process and join a community of over 450 Explorers sharing deals, forming syndicates, and co-investing together.

Meet Cohort 8 👋

These 67 budding angel investors are eager to make their mark on the ecosystem and support founders seeking capital and expertise. Check out their profiles below to see what types of startups they’re interested in and how they can help.
